The most powerful thing is to offer you a visceral sense of the wisdom you receive and  a way to create anchors for those. through symbols, colors and supportive messages. That is anchored in  so you begin to live it.. we also have a review  at the end..and we go over any patterns, I can share or simply ask questions to invite the " aha" moments to happen for you .. if someone wants to schedule a follow up session after some weeks, or longer. that can be of great benefit
If possible, I suggest an integration session any time from a week to a one month after your Lbl session
